Villefranche-sur-Mer is a commune located on the French Riviera between Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Nice and only 10 km from Monaco. Villefranche stretches from the seaside up to the hills above where the panoramas are exceptional. Villefranche is particularly known for its famous harbor which between Cap Ferrat and Cap de Nice hosts many boats and cruise ships. This harbor is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful bays on the French Riviera - a real postcard. This very touristy city welcomes thousands of tourists every year. It is very well served. Its harbor area with its market and its citadel make it a very pleasant area where you can stroll between its alleys, shops and restaurants. About 6,000 people live there for its immediate proximity to Nice.

Villefranche-sur-mer has a building stock of about 5,500 dwellings, 75% of which are apartments and 25% of houses. The prestige and luxury real estate market is very present. The prices per square meter are on average 7,000 € / m2 for apartments and 9,500 € / m2 for houses but can exceed 11,000 € / m2 or 15,000 € / m2 for the most high-end goods.
