EZE • DESCRIPTION AND REAL ESTATE MARKET

The commune of Eze is made up of three sectors which extend over a steep territory starting from the seaside, the area of which is called Eze bord de Mer, up to Eze Village on the heights at around 500 meters above sea level. These two zones are linked to the middle by Saint Laurent d'Eze. Eze is world famous for its village and its three Michelin star restaurant "La Chèvre d´Or" as well as for its Fragonard perfumery. This beautiful village is crossed by charming little alleys lined with craft shops and art galleries. Eze offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Villefranche sur Mer. It is also an essential stopover for nature lovers with splendid hikes with magical panoramas. Eze is only ten minutes from Monaco. He resides there about 3,000 people including many active in the Principality.

Eze has a housing stock of around 2,200 dwellings, 45% of which are apartments and 55% of houses. The prices per square meter are on average 7,500 € / m2 for apartments and 8,500 € / m2 for houses but quickly exceed 11,000 € / m2 for the apartments best placed by the sea and 13,000 € / m2 for houses.
