When you hand the sale of your property over to us, you can choose between two types of mandates :
Exclusive mandate or "sole mandate"
This contract, valid for three months or more allows us to do every thing in our power to sell your property: advertising, internet etc. Of course, benjaminpratt remains your main contact and participates in every step of the proceedings.
Non exclusive mandate or "open mandate"
Less result oriented than the exclusive mandate, an open mandate allows you to make the sale yourself or hand it over to any other agency.
However, it often leads to a disorganized communication of your property that penalizes the sale.
