HISTORY:
Historically referred to villa "Gioia Mia", the villa "Les Funambules" is one of the legendary properties in Cap d'Ail which are the basis of the history of a luxurious and lush French Riviera. Built in 1904, it was owned by Sacha Guitry, a famous French playwright, actor and director who acquired it in 1926. He wrote several of his works there. After his death in 1961, the villa was then divided into two apartments.
