HISTORY:
The villa «Mirasol» is one of the legendary properties in Cap d'Ail which are the basis of the history of a luxurious and lush French Riviera. It was built in 1908 for the feminist writer Gabrielle Reval, co-founder of the Prix Femina. She hosted, among others, Mme Rouzeaud de la Chocolaterie, the Marquise de Sévigné, and Joséphine Baker.
More recently the villa was divided into two apartments.
This apartment benefits from the property's main entrance. Once past a magnificent gate, an alley will take you to the entrance of this fantastic apartment bordered by a superb garden of around 1000m².
