MAIN RESIDENCE: ELUSIVE!

Since 7.8.2015 (Law Macron art. 206), the main residence can no longer be the subject of a foreclosure by creditors in the event of professional debts, without having to first establish a statement from seizure. But this measure benefits only individual entrepreneurs, not the corporate executives.
